1. How soon will my booking be approved?

Bookings are approved within 30 minutes but could take up to an hour. Bookings are approved from 8am to 8pm

3. Who collects my laundry?

Your laundry will be collected and delivered by one of our friendly laundry pros.

4. Do I need my own laundry bags and detergents?

No, The Laundry Station provides laundry bags and detergents as part of our service offering.

5. Where and when will my laundry be collected and returned?

Your laundry and dry cleaning will be collected and delivered at the address stipulated by you. Bookings are returned within 36 hours and dry cleaning could take up to 48 hours.

6. Who will you take care of my laundry?

Your laundry will be in the capable hands of our trusted and experienced laundry pros.

7. How do I pay for my booking?

Payment is to be made before or upon time of delivery. We accept cash, card payments in-store, EFT and Snapscan payments.

9. Do I pay extra for split load?

No, this is part of our service offering and to prevent colour runs.

10. Do I pay extra for stain removals?

No, stain removal is included in our wash service offering.

11. Do you use liquid bleach?

No, we use powder and colour safe bleach as liquid bleach weakens the fabric.

12. Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes, bookings can be rescheduled no less than 1 hour before scheduled time.

13. Do I need to be present for collection and delivery of my laundry?

No, you can inform the reception/security desk at the specified address that The Laundry Station will be collecting or delivery your laundry. Payment will need to be made before delivery takes place.

14. What if I miss my scheduled collection or delivery?

The Laundry Station will provide you with the instructions to re-arrange the time. In these situations, The Laundry Station may charge you for any additional costs incurred (e.g. petrol) if applicable or to cancel the services.
